The "should have been" World Champ Texas Rangers of 2011, because it would have been the first in Texas' franchise history. However, since I still cringe at the thought of that Fall Classic I will go with what has made my heart happy in the past: Boston Red Sox of 2004, because Curse Reversed! If my Rangers don't make the WC this Postseason, then go Harper/Nats!
