My first baseball advice to young players is have a real coach show you 1) how to hold the baseball correctly. 2) How to catch then throw the ball correctly every time using your legs, body then arm (like pitchers do). Third, continuously throw a ball off of a wall to gain arm strength even when you have no one else to play catch with. All this will pay off with big improvement in a short period of time!
