I still hold the record at my alma mater for total squats of body weight. I couldn't walk up or down stairs for 5 days. I had a bruise on the back of my neck where the bar had rested. I'm with @cruz22 - happy to not have touched that thing in years!

I'm happy to say that I'm done with that thing. We broke up years ago! Lol
