Mr. Santigo. Thank you for tajing the time to answer questions for all the fans of the game. I've been curious to get a response from a professional pitcher. I know long toss is the best thing for a pitcher to build up arm strength but at what age or grade level would you suggest a child to wait until before he starts to take the mound? I have to believe there aren't a lot of pitchers at the MLB that have been pitching since the age of 8. Thanks again.
